Business Local Lines
AT&T offers a monthly rate of $28 for business local lines in Illinois, under its CompleteLink rate plan. These lines, also called POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines, are still often used for fax lines, elevator phones, dial-up modems, alarm lines, and other special uses. Without the rate plan, the current monthly charge is $93.
